We have 3 payment options:

1) Online Bank Deposit (if you chose to pay over the counter, a $3 processing fee applies which is payable to the bank at the same time)

2) Cash on pick up (you must arrange to collect within 3 days of ordering)

3) Cheques accepted on purchases of $50 or more (items will be shipped as soon as the cheque clears, we must receive your cheque within 3 working days and it must clear within 7 days from the time we bank it.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH IN THE POST.

Payment instructions and bank details will be sent to you once you make your order and specify payment type.

Unless by prior arrangement, your payment must be received by us within 3 working days of the order being placed, otherwise the order will be cancelled and the product will remain for sale on our site.

Once we sight your payment we will send your package by the next working day at the latest.

For faster handling please ensure that you have entered the 'product item number' with your 'first name' and 'last initial' into the 'details' section of your banks payment system.

Pick up is available by appointment, otherwise see our NATIONWIDE DELIVERY options below. Courier costs cover unlimited purchases so multiple purchases in one transaction mean value for money.

Though not recommended due to parcels being lost, we also offer a standard post option which you can use at your own risk. Pricing is as follows:

$2.00 - $2.50 Single Item/Single Bracelet and Earring Set (Non-Tracked)

Note: I add just 0.50c per parcel for the cost to package your item. Packaging consists of tissue paper, bubble wrap, plastic wrap (only if delivered in winter) and the outer wrapping paper. The remainder of the postage cost is payable to the postage company I use.

At this time we are unable to post items overseas, we may change this in the future.

We understand that buying online is different to buying in store because you don't get to try before you buy. So, with that in mind, if you find that your purchase doesn't fit how you want it to, or isn't what you really wanted, we will happily exchange your piece/s, providing it/they meet/s the following terms:

You must contact us within the first 24 hours of receipt
Product must be returned within 7 days of receipt
Product must be in brand new, unused condition
Swing tags must be returned in brand new, unused condition (attached to item or not)
All associated postage & packaging costs are paid by you. (you might want to keep the bubble wrap and tissue paper for this reason)

While we like to think that our products will exceed your expectations, we understand that when you buy online there is an element of risk as opposed to buying in a store where you can try before you buy. So we will happily refund your payment, providing the following terms are met:

We must be notified within the first 24 hours of receipt
Product must be returned within 7 days of receipt
Product must be in brand new, unused condition
Swing tags must be returned in brand new, unused condition (attached to item or not)
All associated postage & packaging costs are paid by you (you might want to keep the original packaging material for this reason)

Once the product/s have been received, inspected and accepted by us, we will transfer your refund (less postage and packaging) into a bank account provided by you.

Within the first 3 months of receipt, we offer a FREE repair option on all of our products (Excludes Bangles). You just pay for postage and packaging both ways.

Comptetions

From time to time we will offer our customers a competition to enter. You must be registered to our site to pariticipate and you must accept all competition terms to be elegible to enter.

Updating these Terms & Conditions

The Curvy Jeweller may, without notice, update these Terms & Conditions by posting a new version on this website, once they are posted they will come into effect immediately.

You should check this page occasionally to ensure you are familiar with any changes.
