Q.  Can you custom make jewellery based on my ideas and colours?

A.  Yes, absolutely.

Q.  How long does a custom order take?

A.  It will depend on what you want and the quantity, and can take up to 2-6 weeks to order the materials, receive them and create your piece/s.

Q.  Can you make a custom order based on materials you already have?

A.  Yes, if you see beads that we currently have and want something custom made we can make it for you.

Q.  Can you make bracelets for slimmer wrists as well?

A.  While we are 100% dedicated to the Plus Size market, yes we can if you need a smaller sized bracelet made as part of a wedding line for example.

Q.  Do you throw jewellery parties?

A.  Yes, we will notify our registered customers of the dates.  If you would like an invitation you can register here for free.

Q.  Can you bring your products to me at my residence?

A.  Yes, by arrangement we may be able to bring jewellery to your residence so you can try it on with your outfits.

Q.  How can I place an order?

A.  Please place your order via our order form here or, you can pay with your credit card via Paypal.

Q.  What forms of payment do you accept?

A.  We have 3 methods of payment.  1) Online payments, 2) Cash, 3) Cheque (on orders of $50 or more) - Sorry we do not have the facilities to accept Credit Cards.

Q.  How is my order shipped?

A.  You order is shipped by Courier (recommended) or Standard Post (at buyers risk)

Q.  Can I collect my order?

A.  For privacy and security reasons we may allow collection by arrangement at our discretion. 

Q.  How much will the shipping cost be?

Q.  Do you post jewellery overseas?

A.  At this time we only send items within New Zealand.

A.  It is very important that you check to ensure your order will fit you.  Please refer to our measurement instructions hereContact us if you need help with this.

Q.  How do I care for my jewellery?

A.  There are many things you can do to help lengthen the life of your jewellery.  Read our Jewellery Maintenance information here.

Q.  What happens if my jewellery breaks?

A.  Within the first 3 months we offer a free repair service, you just pay for postage both ways.  Read more about our Repairs Policy here.

Q.  Where are you located?

A.  We are located in Auckland, New Zealand.

Q.  Can I find your jewellery in stores?

A.  At this time our pieces are only available via our website, as this changes we will let you know.
